Who We Are

We are construction managers, and general contractors who specialize in interior renovations for commercial, retail, and residential construction projects. VCM professionals have over 20 years experience and have managed hundreds of projects. We are also certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) in New York State.

Professional Services

We have experience with hundreds of construction projects, from gut renovations to projects involving pre-construction budgeting and value engineering, bidding analysis, sub-contractor buy outs, day to day project management and reporting, and project close out.

We are experienced in projects involving backup generators, automatic transfer switches, critical HVAC, DC power plants, pre-action fire suppression systems, and coordinating with telecom and data providers.
